Samsung Customer Reviews
I have canceled my order which was NEVER DELIVERED yet I still get emails and text messages saying that Samsung is arranging with their logistics company to pick up the item.
Worst customer service ever. 5 weeks with a broken washing machine still under warranty. Calling every 2 days but still no resolution. Absolute joke and always get a run-around. I wouldn’t ever recommend your products as the after sales and warranty is just about non-existent, especially for. Product with priority customer care. No-one calls back, if they do answer they say give us a few days. Head office to busy and ask you to call back via a recorded message. 5 weeks now with a useless machine, absolutely ridiculous. No-one will call back anyway bit DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG
Gave my icon x 2018 for repair. They came back with different tips. I wasted 1 hour waiting for them to resolve this matter but unfortunately they didn't had any solution apart from me coming back at later stage to pick them up or posted after a few days. Very very unprofessional. No knowledge of products and very poor customer service. 1 star. highly not recommended.
