Thank you to the two NBN technicians that attended my place on thursday the 21st december at monkhouse place at north albury in nsw on a new fibre to the premises (FTTP) connection ...the guys arrived early on the day and asked if they could do the job @10am well before the 2pm scheduled time as someone had pulled out...the guys installed the internal box, and external box, but were unable to finish or complete the outside fibre connection to the external box as the wiring was inside a metal pole.

I've now been without Aircon since May (It's December) because their careless installers crushed all the ducting in our roof. It's 40 degrees today and approaching Christmas - would be nice to have functioning aircon. #NotHappyJan
