Hertz Customer Reviews
The ladies were very lovely to deal with although the baby seat that was supplied at $16/day was unsafe. It was put in by one of their staff who informed me he wasn't a professional fitter so I took the car to a professional fitter to have it checked over and they informed me that the car seat was unsafe and missing safety features. There should be a law stopping this kind of set up, no one should be putting our kids and babies lives at risk. What a complete joke. Someone in the Hertz system obviously has no morals. The car seat was also absolutely disgustingly filthy.
DO NOT TRUST THOSE THIEVES. THEY ARE BIG LIARS. I rented a car for one day last week. And they told me to drop it off any time the day after because it was a public holiday and the office was closed. I dropped the car at 7pm and they made me pay another full day without telling, just by taking more money out my account few day after I dropped the car. I feel so abused. Please boycott this branch.
