I live in Pyrmont NSW and I have never had an issue with my iiNet internet service. I switched in 2020 from Telstra who has horrible customer service. I’ve only ever had to call iiNet twice, once for issues with my printer to open a portal on my router and the other when my Peloton wouldn’t connect to WiFI. They are very timely when answering support calls and super friendly and helpful.
lines engaged for over 2 hours
Ive been given the run around, nicole , mark, john mary, kaylee robert and Ryan, these indians seem to all have common aussie names, no one is taken responsibility for a mistake they have caused. Requesting a manager to call, went on a 2 hr lunch break the the call centre closed.. how can you even trust these people
Very unhelpful with troubleshooting. Speed is extremely slow.. paid more money to increase the speed still same.. asked to cancel the plan which was not a contract, kept making excuses about sending a technician to fix the probIem nor were they willing to cancel the service.
