The worst for customer service you will ever find. No contact details and thay hang up on chats immediately. The worst. I ll give them lower than 1 star if i can...
Ebay has theworst customer service ever. They don't care about customers. They never follow policies. All their words are lies with fake promises that are never fulfilled and made just to keep you waiting so you give up and they tell you sorry then take your money. They cut off chat conversations when they don't want to answer your questions by blocking your ability to respond while they pretend they are waiting for your to reply then they close the chat. Disgusting service and attitude. Ebay should not be supported at all. Amazon has much better customer support who actually care.
Ebay is pathetic, the permanently suspended my business account which is the source of my income, do you think you can actually speak to a person from Ebay, no. They dont return emails all i get is a automated computer sending me the same f@#king email everytime. Ebay is a joke

Give them 10days and then we'll chase them. Not happy with ebay haven’t got my item and can’t contact them by phone or the owner of the item poor customer service
My wife listed a used item in perfect working order on Ebay, alerting that it was used items are "sold as is" in the description, and yet the buyer opens up a return case claiming the item doesn't work (something to the effect that it was taking too long to configure Windows). The buyer did not provide a simple piece of evidence that the item was defective and yet the case was closed in his favour.
eBay's onsite chat agent claimed that I had to either request for the buyer to close the case or accept the return and file an appeal afterwards (which they've deny). I've contacted them on Twitter as well, but have received no response. A buyer with a ZERO feedback score can make up a case against you without one single piece of evidence. This site is the perfect venue for scammers. The most hilarious thing is that the Australian government does not get a cent of tax dollars from these individuals, as they are based overseas, operating as a foreign branch in Australia.
NOTE: Ebay changed its mind about paying for the return postage label (see photos). No integrity whatsoever.
Ebay does not want to have any contact with the people who make it rich. Should be investigated.
