Mazda Customer Reviews
Never tried to push a particular model on me, was instead interested in meeting my requirements and always listened. Highly recommended.
My wife and I have had a long standing relationship with the Mazda family / brand for over 16 years with Southport Mazda (three Mazda 3 vehicles and two MX5’s) however we have decided to cease our relationship with the Southport Mazda Service department.
My wife Kim and I were fortunate enough to meet Mr Mark Morris at Southport Mazda Servicing department following the purchase of a Mazda 3 from Mr Kym Beasley. Life is about relationships, whether personal or professional, and I would subscribe to the idea that when a customer feels welcomed, cared about, connected and the relationship is trusted, loyalty and commitment is a given. This has been our experience and my wife and I felt part of the Southport Mazda service family over the 16 year period, always being met with warmth, friendship, professionalism and huge levels of trust. We were disappointed to find out that after a lengthy relationship with Mark, that he had left the Southport Mazda Service department. While we sort to continue using Southport Mazda Service department following Mark's departure, we no longer feel the warmth and connectedness previously shown. We feel we are essentially, just another customer now - no relationship exists. As an example, e-mail correspondence recently sent remained unanswered and we have decided to now cease the relationship with Southport Mazda Service department, despite the long term association.
Though my wife and I remain impressed and loyal to the Mazda brand of vehicles, and the pleasure that comes from driving / owning them, we have sort to utilise another service department for future service and maintenance needs. Following using the Mazda Robina Service department, and meeting Service Assistants Sheryn and Jeremy and being afforded prompt, warm, friendly and engaging service, it is likely we will continue our Mazda relationship at this facility. In a world where competitiveness between businesses for customer service seems so strong, great service for customers is arguably what creates loyalty and an on going clientele.

ZERO stars from me. Predominantly because I simply cannot even get anyone to SELL me a car. On COUNTLESS occasions over the past 4 weeks,, my partner and I have visited your Southport location, knowing EXACTLY which car and specs I would like, but nobody seems to be available. On MORE than one occasion, we have left full contact details, asking for a call regarding drive-away price and finance - yet I remain without a car (or even an idea that I will ever eventually GET one).
Today is the day I give up, Mazda. My god, I just LOVE your CX30, but not enough to BEG for one.
