I have no idea how Mazda can state they have good customer service and reliable vehicles as none of those two statements are true. Their customer service department is the worse I have dealt with - they are completely ignorant of Australian consumer law when it comes to chasing up or providing a solution to vehicle issues/problems under warranty. They basically show no accountability or any willingness to help or resolve issues for the customer. They are letting the dealerships call the shots and pull the strings which have lead to a culture of bad customer service and complete disregard of consumer laws. It has come to the point for where I am considering seeking legal advice now.
