Service is okay - outsourced call centre but online self-service platform is generally helpful

I have been trying to cancel my account for 4 months and Dodo keeps billing me. They transfer me to the cancellation department which puts me on hold then tells me to call back later or hangs up. I cannot access my webmail. I,m being charged for a service I am not receiving. I will expect a full refund when I can finally get rid of them.

Just have to say to everyone who has an account with Dodo that this is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with and maybe you should consider changing providers if you want customer service and a decent product for example my mother is 92 years old and lives alone as that’s what she prefers rather than a nursing home recently I changed from telstra based on cost but what a mistake five days ago somehow her ADSL( which she doesn’t use) was disconnected which meant she no longer has a landline to make calls or receive calls after numerous calls to the Philippines to find out why this has happened no one knows and no one knows how to rectify the problem so in the meantime a 92 year old lady with medical conditions is unable to call triple 0 or her family because of Dodo’s incompetence what an absolute disgrace remember people you get what you pay for and this company is a disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade in Australia and if anyone can message me the address of head office in Melbourne it would be appreciated the Philippino lady could only give me a PO Box as no one in her department knows what the address of head office is what a joke don’t worry Dodo I’ll find out where you are and I’m coming to see you in person seriously people this company is beyond a joke
