Poor customer service. No ability to problem solve. Actually hang up on you. Don’t bother
Disgusting service! If I could give a minus star review I would. Over 15 years with Vodafone and I've never experienced such pathetic service. Have spent over 2 and a half hours on 3 separate occasions trying to get a hold of someone to report an error on my bill without success!
What an appalling way to treat your loyal customers. Bill is due today but I wont be paying it, you can now chase me as I will be porting my number to another carrier! Good riddance!
NO STARS I just spent 2hrs and 33 minutes on hold, patiently waiting to speak to a support person as you have made and error with the account payment and the mobile cannot take or receive calls, only to be hung up on by your service center at 7pm.
I have been vodafone user since last 4 year and now I am annoyed like i will never take this service again just because of expensive international call to nepal this time i paid 3 times my plan. Always ended up with Being ripped off for nepalese i will never recommend this service our country don’t have access to internet so we have to use international call this is a strategy to be trapped and you take money for all 150 minute and please also give back value of money we have paid. If we call 1 minute 2 second its 2 minute why dont you put it as whatever is being used. Worst feeling being locked in contract and being ripped off
