Called me to advise that they were crediting my next bill to the tune of $100 for being a valuable customer. Was surprised but gladly accepted.
Was then told I would also be receiving a free Google Home-Mini for being a valued customer. Again I was surprised but gladly accepted.

I have to offer my sincere thanks to Glen in the escalations department. I had an issue that almost lasted 12 months to resolve. Our postcode had changed and powercore didn't update our postcode so we where missing out on our concession rebate even though I had sent AGL a rates notice 10 months prior that had our updated postcode. I had phoned AGL numerous times and they said it would be fixed but when we received our bill the concession was missing. If I had not received Glen on the phone to finally resolve the problem I was going to switch providers. Give Glen a pat on the back, Not only did he finally help me out, but he went out of his way to call me and advise the matter was finally resolved. Glen thank you for doing a great job and finally we don't have to call AGL about our concession rebate.
