I had the best experience after my accident 2 days ago. I called AAMI to report the accident and lodge a claim. The consultant, Emma, was so patient, calm & helpful. Initially I said my car was drivable, but then realised it is likely not roadworthy and need to be towed, so I had quite a lot of updates after the initial claim was lodged. Hire car dates needed to move, new repairer, towing from my home, etc. The accident was at 7:25am & by 12pm same day I had a rental car & my tow was arranged from home for the afternoon, no hassles.
