I used Wotif and booked accommdation. I wanted to pre pay but now it is pay at the property. I also have no access to my account. I cannot sign in with my details and cannot get a forgot password reset.

I have spent Thousands with them over the years with no problems. But I am still trying to get a refund for a flight (it's been 8 weeks) and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at Wotif. Once your flight date has passed your Itinerary No no longer exists and without a valid Itinerary number you cannot be put through to a human.
