The poorest service I had ever!
When depositing notes, card stuck in the ATM on Saturday in the Westpac Place Branch on Kent Street .
Gave the branch a few calls on Monday, nobody picked up.
Called them again on Tuesday, a guy picked up the call and still talked and laughed loudly with his colleagues, totally ignored me.
After a few seconds, he speaked "Hello", no greeting at all.
Issue still not resolved!!
