seems a little outdated for when it comes to picking flights, a better layout or more updated program could help to make the process easier

I booked accommodation, arrived and was told the hotel wouldn’t take my booking due to covid restrictions in place. I was turned away. They said they were happy to refund or credit, however webjet won’t do so! Don’t book with them in these times.

Do not use Webjet exclusives they are the worst people to deal with you cannot talk to anyone and once they take your money it is near impossible to get anything done. They have made so many mistakes with our package and the best advice I can give you is DO NOT USE THEM
