Calling TPG is never an issue and has always been a pleasurable experience. There are many wonderful aspects that other (nameless) companies could learn and adopt such as an option for a callback if wait time is excessive, easy menu navigation, obvious staff training resulting in increased ability to diagnose issues and deviate from simply reading steps from a script especially when they clearly are unrelated to problem.
