I ordered some luggage, and not only did it come within 2 days of ordering it which was amazing (a day earlier than estimated), but TNT called me to check if I would be home, arranged a time that would best suite both of us to deliver the said packages as I was busy in the morning. They then sent me a picture of where it was received, and then they arrived smack bang in between the agreed time window of 1330-1500 hrs and were nice and friendly. Probably the best/easiest delivery I've ever had for something I needed before a trip in 2 days time. We have had a lot of bad deliveries from other couriers recently, so it was nice to have a good experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!
