Bought tickets to Helmet over 16 months ago and event is indefinitely postponed, Ticketek will not issue a refund. Ticketek is Profiting from the COVID 19 Pandemic! This is illegal according to Australian Consumer Law & Consumer Affairs regardless of their terms & conditions.

I ordered rod Stewart concert tickets paid 800 then covid hit … they didn’t even tell me that the concert was postponed.. so I sent then an email saying I wanted a refund. Was told it would take 20 days … it’s been 6 months and over 170 emails sent to the awful dreadful company..still no reply !!!! You were quick to take mt money .. then the icing on the cake was when I was told that they refunded me the money .. so I went to my bank to see when it was refunded to me.. the bank had informed me that there was no refund… so I emailed them again asking if you refunded me the money I would like to know in which bank account you refunded to me … still no reply … over 179 emails sent … surely this is illegal what they are doing… they say write to us !!!!! Bloody hell mate 170 emails sent from your own website and still no reply !!!!!!!! DISCUSTING SERVICE !!!!!! people don’t use this company they will rip you off … I have written to a current affair hoping that some one will help me get my refund back
