Cannot get through by phone, cannot send an email it bounces back. Need to find out why I haven't received all of my credit. Won't be flying with Qantas again if this is the support you get.

I have been trying to email and phone for Customer Service however I am unable to get through either way

All emails have bounced back - had to give up waiting ..... As I have a Job to do and cannot sit around all day

How do I get a call or how can I get my emails through ?

I spent 2 hours 18 mins on hold only to talk to a customer service lady for 5 minutes and then got cut off.

My issue is not resolved and I will not waste another 2 hours of my time waiting to be cut off again.

Qantas this is a joke
