P&O Cruises Frequently Asked Questions
Which is the best P&O ship to cruise on?
Ventura is the joint second-largest ship in the P&O Cruises’ fleet, with the largest kids club.
Do P&O Cruises have WIFI?
Internet is available on all P&O Cruises Ships at our onboard Internet stations (charges apply). You can use our computer systems to access your web-based email account, or browse the Internet for world news and sports. Wireless Internet is also available in most of the public areas onboard.
What does PO cruise include?
Our cruises are all full board and include breakfast, lunch and dinner, meals and snacks, poolside grills, deck barbecues and 24 hour buffets. Room service breakfast and afternoon tea are also included in the price of your holiday.
When should I book?
As soon as you can! This will ensure that you have the greatest choice available. As families love to cruise, school holiday periods can be very popular and sell out early. Keep this in mind, book early and get ready for the holiday of your life.
Where can I find out more information about travelling with children and teenagers?
Take a look at the travelling with children and teenagers section of our website. Visit on this webpage.
I take medication; do I need to let you know?
Yes, if you have a medical condition or take medication it must be advised at time of booking. We will send you a health questionnaire to complete so we have all necessary information. We want you to be safe and comfortable on your cruise, so bring enough medication to last you until the end of your holiday. It is also a good idea to bring a few extra days’ supply, in case of any unforeseen delays.
What if my medication needs to be refrigerated?
Most of our rooms onboard do contain mini-bar fridges where your medication can be stored. For rooms that do not contain fridges, portable fridges will be made available to guests requiring one for medical reasons (eg. medication storage), subject to availability. Please let us know before your cruise is you require medication to be refrigerated.
