This product is one we like very much, however, this review is about the online service when there is a problem. At the first outset let me say it was resolved, we received a free replacement of the stem and are very grateful to Philips for that, however, the Whatsapp process was painfully slow, had to keep repeating the problem as each day the Service staff seemed not to read the past questions from their colleagues and our answers so we went around and around a few times. Sometimes the responses were before or around 4am,
