I agree the worst communication policies...deliberately makes it hard to contact them and when they do respond they haven't answered the problem but want to close the case...just want my money too!
It's the worst customer service ever... I'm trying contact with them more them a week with nothing result. They just want our money.
Very rude when I rang for help. I tried to explain and was told to be quiet while she spoke. Her answer wasn’t even to the question I asked as I don’t think she understood me or just didn’t care. I was hung up on still with no answer.
Tried again but to no avail. No help just blamed me for being wrong. Very rude and when I asked another question I was promptly told I’ll report it but she doesn’t even know what she’s reporting. Then again abruptly hung up on.
Still have problem I started with and no answers. Generic answers are of no help to me as they didn’t relate to my question.
Very, very poor customer service.
Now I have no options left and still have the same problem.
