We have been with ME for a few months. On boarding was excellent and done with a minimum of fuss. Extremely helpful staff and it does not take long for your call to be answered. ME Bank home loan rates are very competitive. Customer service, product disclosure and communication cannot be faulted.

Good bank, especially for saving! I lost my card once and was able to get in contact with a technician at an odd hour of the night who was extremely helpful. In addition to their friendly service, their social media team is also very good
