LG Customer Reviews
We received a call today from LG that they would replace our faulty fridge freezer with a credit note. We could of chosen a different brand however due to LG being so good with their after care we again chose LG.
Trust me, LG air conditioning is not the worst, their customer service is more worse.Take whole day to get contact with customer service center for air conditioning unit info. But the customer service staff cant give any advise for their product. Only told me to find a LG dealer for the info I need, and they cant give any dealer name or contact number which I cant find from LG website either. At last, their customer service staff started to yell at me and then hung up. Also, please get a English speaking customer service in Australia!
