Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. Being upfront with clients and making trust are very important principles that this company fails to guarantee. I ordered a laptop advertise by the company on its website. After a couple of days whilst I haven't got any updates regarding my order, I contacted them and they said they don't have such item in stock and I need to wait for several weeks. This is, in my opinion, a clear case of dishonesty and publishing false information online. The refund process was too long. CRM system is poor.
