We requested specific work through a maintenance company for our fridge and they booked in Electrolux who apparently service our brand. Service guy turned up said they couldn't do any of the work that we requested. He changed a water filter which was fine and we told him to sort out with the maintenance company as he didn't do what was requested. Got very aggressive and my wife had to lock him out of the house when he went to his service van. Then they sent us a invoice directly and then to a credit agency. We paid for the water filter as that was fair and waiting to see where it goes from here. I would recommend never using them or buying their products
