After purchasing a trampoline for Christmas I read the reviews on crazy sales and my stomach dropped reading how many people hadn't recieved their product or reciecved the wrong product etc BUT I have come here to say we recieved our trampoline well within the ETA. Customer service was great, I emailed requesting my shipping details and recieved a response within 24hours with my shipping details and a follow up email asking if there was anything more.

Bought an iPhone 11 with case, screen protector, case and a wireless charger. Went back home found out the screen protector the staff gave me wasn’t fit the I have to go back to the store again and get exchange. The staffs are great and welcoming, but as an “Apple Retail Store”, some staffs need to improve their knowledge about the Apple product and its accessories, otherwise it would end like me, go back and forth to get exchange because the staffs give me the wrong thing that I don’t want
