when you see "couriers please", just call the sender and cancel your order.

CP will run you around for days and not even attempt delivery.

Received 2 emails today saying my parcels are in transit and were coming today, not a sign of anyone. Not even the decency to inform me about anything.Sat here all day for nothing and when i tried contacting them i get an automated response saying they will get back to me in a day. What the hell good is that, would not even call this a service. Will never use this company again, pathetic.I have to add the courier was very polite and seems to be a hard worker, not his fault but the company should be advising customers on their packages
