Emirates Customer Reviews
I was on emirates airline yesterday from Australia to Sydney. I thought how elegant the crew looked BUT I found a couple of them rude and unhelpful. Then to make it worse they didn't have enough custom declaration s and when I asked for a pen was told to ask someone could I borrow one.
Had a call this morning regarding problem with my booking. The lady was not listening to me at all and she was in so hurry. Looks like they just sale ticket but do not want to entertain afterwords.. Very bad staff on call.. looks like no body is looking after call quality
