They charged me without any reason:
I booked a car for one day and I was supposed to be there at 10 to take the car, but i arrived at 11. They told me bcoz you came one hour late, you can bring the car back at 11 instead of 10, and i did so. But after two weeks they called me and charged me for an extra day becoz of being late.
