Pretty much hopeless - I bought a brand new 505 laptop - DOA on battery power - great as long as you are on power. Switching to battery - no mouse , go slow unusable. Took them 5 days by email to tell me to "Talk to your dealer" I had spent 30 odd hours loading music software and trying to change the power plan to fix it ..... now had to ring Asus myself to get a Return number as distributor agent was not interested ....
