Bought a qd for a unity riser it was missing 1 spring and they would not replace not even the spring no return but did give 1 dollar back out of 17 bad cs
I wish I could leave 0 stars - they have had our order for over 3 weeks and still not delivered. When I rang today I was hung up on by customer service because she didn't want to hear my complaint! After 3 weeks this is classed as refusal to deliver and I will be going to back Dept of Fair Trading and ACCC and reporting them. Don't waste your time and money, use a reliable courier company who cares about their customers.
I have been asked to wait at home for two days for the delivery... Three time re-arrangement, dozens calls, still don’t know when will come....hope you guys good luck if you choose them...
