Gave up Coles years ago,scaned prices regularly overcharge never undercharged. Went to Woolworths very happy until Covid,prices went up and up. After Covid slow decline in prices but not reflective of market .
Terrible staff and manager. I tried to get a refund on a 16$ steak pack that was off. Noone wanted to know. A wk later I bought chicken drumsticks. And they were off
After spending some time online, finally found a contact ph number 132534
corporate office, just to find that Aldi have closed this number & a message to go online is the only way to make contact with them, leave your information. Then it's up to them to make contact with you, no information on how long it will take to do that, it might be hours, day's, week's or even month's.
I think they have a customer service department but you would be hard pressed to find any.
Impossible to get the answers you need as there is no contact number it is all done on a pc.Will never buy online again
Horrible customer service manager in Aldi Warringah Mall Sydney. I bought 2 bottles of kambucha in a hurry without checking. When I went home & unpacked my grocery, found 1 bottle was opened. The next day, I took the bottle back with my receipt. The manager was very rude & reluctantly refunded me $2.50. I was so humiliated with other customers watching.
So with the aldi special of the toilet plus free installation comes with a plumber not available now to do the job even when we booked this weeks ago! Aldi has left it up to us to find a plumber now! so bloody annoyed!!!
Great cheap coffee (Alcafe - Vanilla is best. Do NOT get the mocha) Cheap microwave lunches. All good quality. Saved my daily budget.
