Why charge for answering a customer's query?

I waited an hour for a call back only to be transferred to a number no longer in use. After calling back I waited another 60 minutes (wasn't offered a call back) only to hang up in frustration. I tried to email Comminsure on the email listed on this site only to have the email returned as undeliverable!!!

The only rating i would give would be a zero. The customer service is so appalling its beyond a joke, minimum wait to get through is over an hour. Since our claim some several months ago we have received zero calls back even from the "management". No correspondence from either Comminsure or their contractors, we have had to do all he work even down to paying the contractor the 5% which is strange as he works for Comminsure and not me. To say the company performance is a disgrace would be an under statement. Once this debacle s over we will never use or recommend this company again. Disgraceful.
