BMW Customer Reviews
was received by Adrian of the service dept and he did everything in his power to ensure that my first visit was dealt competently and within a limited time frame that I had.
I ordered a car which was to be built in January and here in March. Had they told me it would be here in May, I could have made an informed decision. Instead Gold Coast BMW mislead and deceived. I do not accept COVID as the excuse for lying. I accept it as a reason for the delay but don’t treat me like a fool. Don’t go near this BMW dealership. Others exist nearby.
RE: Doncaster BMW Service Center
I Own a Mini Cooper Clubman almost two years now (New.) First service at Doncaster BMW, on pickup noticed a dented rear panel. We found it, not the service department. They fixed it. Second service, passenger tire rims damaged and scratched. Service manager aghast and said they don't have any curbs. They fixed the rims. Third service, service manager joked that third time was a charm and hopefully no problems. Went to pick up car and new scratched passenger rim. Now disputed damage and said they now GoPro all cars and will check video. Three days later, they didn't have any video to prove scratches were there before drop off. They offered to again fix rim. This time my husband and I took pictures of car at drop off and walked around car with different service manager. Just to point out, my husband-retired washes all our cars by hand and knows all dents or scratches. Pointed out no dents or scratches on car or on both rims -driver's side. Pick up today. Left damaged rims fixed. NEW SCRATCH ON DRIVER'S SIDE REAR RIM! First manager on duty-not the one that did the inspection on drop off. Said the scratch was already there and that car was not touched or washed. He rubbed car wax on scratch and hid the scratch but any car owner knows the scratch will show up after the next wash.
I still gave Doncaster BMW a good review after the first two incidents. This is too much! I have a Mini Cooper purchased new and car body damage from being serviced. What damage is the service department doing to other higher priced cars and the owners are not as discerning as us? For a BMW service centre that Both managers say has no curbs to do damage, the service department is very consistently damaging high value products entrusted to them. On leaving I told one Mini Cooper owner to watch out for scratches from the service department and will not hesitate to let other BMW owners of the extremely poor service from BMW Doncaster!
