I spoke with a lovely lady at Alinta when I was having some issues paying my account on time. She was very helpful & actually went above and beyond by signing me up to a plan that gives me 50 percent off all my charges going forward. It was so nice to have someone listen & understand that sometimes we all need a little extra help in life.

Bills have always been decently priced until the last one where it was $1700+ higher than usual. Asked Alinta to come check and apparently no errors were found. Multiple bills had been sent all with wrong pricing, even one for 6 months worth of electricity usage, their inconsistency has given me reason to be concerned. If you could tell me how a 2 bedroom unit uses $2500 worth of electricity with no heater over winter I would like to know. Called multiple times, always told there would be a call back, they never did. Staff were extremely hard to understand and could not answer any questions and were quite often rude. In saying that there were no issues when the switch was made, but if the company is all about making an extra $1K then they are not the company to be with. What happened to the customer is always right? Clearly not with Alinta!
