Don't know what it is but its the poorest service i have ever experienced. No company takes more than 10 days to just deliver a phone. You promise to deliver it within a week and take 15 days and even the phone is not delivered. How fair is that? And still you complain me to pay the bills for that? Do you think i am lame enough?
