How to print my boarding pass again when already checked-in for my flight?

Qantas Domestic Booking – If you’ve already assessed in online to your domestic reservation and need to print your boarding pass you’ll have to log to print Booking and choose Check In/Boarding pass’ to get.

Qantas International Booking – For national and global travel, in case you’ve got a digital travel pass you’re not needed to re- publish it, you may use your electronic boarding pass to board your trip. If you would rather print a backup, simply log into the Manage Booking webpage and choose’Check-in/Boarding Pass’ to get your boarding pass choices.

You could even print your boarding pass at the airport on a Qantas self-service Kiosks, where accessible.

What are my options when changing, cancelling or amending a booking?

Online
Changing the date or time of your booking is easy at qantas.com if your fare rules permit the change. For most bookings, simply retrieve your booking via Manage Your Booking or your Frequent Flyer login on your desktop or via qantas.com on your mobile. You cannot change bookings or make cancellations via e-mail. However, changing the date or time of your booking is easy at qantas.com if your fare rules permit the change. Changing a booking multiple times
There is no limit on how many times you can change your Australian booking, within the ticket validity.
Changes to International and Trans-Tasman bookings are currently limited to one online change. Subsequent changes to your International or Trans-Tasman booking can be made by contacting your local Qantas Office.

Cancelling or changing a flight after checking-in 

If you need to cancel your flight once you have checked in online, Contact Qantas or your travel agent.

Domestic – yes you can change your flight, if your fare rules permit and subject to availability. This can be done online, however you will need to proceed to an Online Check-in counter at the airport to check in for your new flight and get your new boarding pass.
International – no you can not change your flight. You will need to contact Qantas or your travel agent.

What is Qantas Book Now, Pay Later?

With Book Now, Pay Later, you can hold your seat with a holding deposit per passenger and enjoy the freedom of paying the rest closer to your departure date.

If your booking is qualified for Book Now Pay Later, this choice will appear together with the date full payment is expected on the Overview page of your own booking. If your booking isn’t qualified, then this choice won’t appear.

Can I transfer my Qantas Points to a family member?

Yes. You can transfer Qantas Points from your Frequent Flyer account to an eligible family member’s Frequent Flyer account.

131313 forget it ,it's an absolute , waited for 4 and a half hours no body picked up.

Our flights have changed and Qantat tell us to phone urgently.....right oh how?

Im in contact with you as I want to claim my refund. A Flight that you cancelled yourself. a refund was requested about month ago, but nothing came.

I have been trying to call so many times without any success. they let you wait for hours, so i have to hang up as i don't have time to wait for over an hour. I call everyday with the same experience.

i have also sent an email but just bounce back to me. Why are you avoiding.

very very bad customer service. i will not use qantas again ever.
