I have had no phone or internet at my business for three weeks now.Unfortunately i am forced to let my employees go and close my businness of 16 years due to no work as i am a motor vehicle repairer and rely on a land line.rest assured this will not end here as i am now in the process of appointing the telecommunications ombudsman and my solicitor to retrieve from optus remuneration for loss of income and employee termination entitlements.by the way they are still charging me for the phone line and internet that i dont have.poor effort optus!!!!

Optus has generally been a great phone , internet provider at late in armidale nsw 2350 it is impossible to pay for the phone and internet through the online server with multiple drop outs and computer lock ups at home where the internet is unavailable

Have been into the Optus store on Rundle Mall (about 10 times) and contacted their customer service by phone to resolve a simple error that Optus has made on my account. Told the back office team has to resolve the issue and it will take 10-15 business days!! Poor in the age of real-time updates.
