IKEA family is free to join! It provides you with everyday discounts, store to home insurance, entry to competitions every time you swipe, extended returns period, and exclusive invitations to workshops and events. Every time you provide your IKEA FAMILY membership, IKEA donates 10¢ to help a non-profit charity. To join is simple, just visit the IKEA FAMILY page, or head to a kiosk in-store.
How Forgot my ikea email and password?
Visit the IKEA FAMILY page and click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link. Enter the email address you used to create the account and click submit. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Log in to ‘My Profile’ using your temporary password to change it to your preferred password. If you have forgotten which email address you signed up with, please Contact Us with any of your previous details, such as address or phone you may have registered with, and we can attempt to locate your profile.
How to return product any IKEA store?
Products purchased in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, NT, SA, TAS and WA can be returned to any store in Australia, excluding Adelaide.
What is ikea in-store payment options?
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and IKEA Gift Cards are accepted at any stores. PayPass and PayWave are available at all registers. They also offer interest free finance on purchases above $250. They do not accept payment by cheque.
Missing or Damaged parts?
If you notice that any panels are damaged or missing when you open your flat pack, just bring the damaged panel back to the Customer Service Area at your local IKEA store with your original tax invoice, and we can exchange the panel for you. It is always a good idea to check stock availability of the product, before returning to the store. If you are missing screws or other small components, just highlight in your assembly instructions the part number and quantity missing. Bring this back to the Customer Service Area at your local IKEA store, along with your original tax invoice, and we can quickly provide you with the missing components.
Can someone else pick up my IKEA order?
Yes, you can setup to have your Click and Collect order delivered after you have picked it up in your local IKEA store. Delivery can be set up at the Home Delivery desk.
