Unable to email! Tried the email listed on this site but it doesn't go through! Need to explain my situation but finding it hard to get clear answers!
Yes definitely a joke, 1hr 20 mins on hold then just cut off, and they had the cheek to ask me to answer a questionnaire on the quality of service!
Info@ email totally useless as you get a bounce back.
Well all I can say is, once all this Coronavirus is over with we should all vote with our feet and remember the organisations that looked after us better. I will.
Quantas help line is an absolute joke, I emailed mail on email@example.com on 21 Feb, so much for replying in 12 hours this customer Service is a joke, I have lost £200, Qantas Customer service is a waste of time.
REALLY DISGUSTED!! If there was a minus, I would give that. So far I've waited more than 2 hours on the phone at 131313. I'm sure no one is there but the recording keeps saying "...they'll be with me shortly". The least they could do is be honest and hang up than to keep us waiting. REALLY DISGUSTED!!!!
It has taken me 4 attempts to speak to a consultant waited on hold 30 plus minutes each time 131131
tried to send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and it has bounced back twice
Quantas help line is an absolute joke, I take it there is nobody to answer the phone, after an hour gave up and hung up, same goes what ever service you try use to get help on queries... crazy
My son organised a flight for his brother with his frequent flyer points which we later wanted to change. He called and requested a call back which never came and when he tried again he was given a recording saying that Qantas had already called that number (which they hadn't) and demanded he wait. That was 3 hours ago and he is still waiting...
Qantas suggested to use “customer complaint form” but it doesn’t work at all, after I went through all the trouble to write everything then I could send... so frustrating
It was terrible experience with Qantas, I need three pages to detail them. I suggest customers if you can fly any airline don’t go with Qantas. Not the flight problem it is the level of the customer’s service. I give the “zero” star. I have to pick the “Rating” otherwise can’t submit this review.

Being my first time traveling, I would like to express my opinion on my experience. Truly I had a great time, I loved how helpful, everyone was and very nice. I loved the food. Going to Australia, what better way to go, than to go with the national carrier Qantas. So thank you again for the hospitality.
