Cannot fault the staff at all. Friendly, knowlegable, efficient. They genuinly seem to want you to enjoy yourselves. My son LOVED The Adventure pass for The Edge. Great group of young folk running the activities. Two of our party have dietry issues. The food was to die for <3. The al a carte restaurants always knew of our needs and catered superbly and in a timely manner. The buffet staff were always happy to fetch something special for us, with a short wait. I never wanted the cruise to end. Loved every minute. Some tips - take bags of lollies and offer to the kids, even some adults, don’t forget insect repellant. I’ve included a screenshot of a land tour we took. Fabulous, worth every cent. Loved the wine tastings and gin tastings.

We booked this cruise with the view that we would be in the Sydney Harbour for the AUSTRALIA Day fireworks in the evening we were moored in the Harbour and departed by late afternoon we were most disappointed at not experiencing this special event we were with another a couple . Further more I also shopped aboard to buy personal and family gifts all without carry bags to carry them and no packaging at all this was my first P&O experience and flew from Adelaide to Sydney to cruise with this company all up a disappointing experience apart from this the crew was amazing the food security and hygiene was top class thank you

Had a sudden death in the family. P&O would not refund the fare or transfer it to another cruise. Travel insurance wouldn’t cover the fare. I am out one holiday and $3000. Will never, never book a cruise with P&O again.
