Have been using ASOS for many years with no prior issues. However, today I noticed I was missing an item from my order and the polite customer service quickly sorted everything out without any issue

I want to know why I am waiting for an order that says I'll receive it by the 30th June, when I have PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!????

Also I've tried speaking to your hopeless customer service 3 times with no help or answers from them whatsoever!!! I bought the item especially the black shoes for a funeral I have on Saturday with the understand I would receive my items on Friday this week, As your site says : if you live in the metro area you'll receive your item in 3 days!! I want a response to this and why your falsifing your delivery services!???? BULLSITE CHEAP ASS SITE!!

asos has poor to nil customer service. I was charged twice and will be submitting a formal complaint through PayPal. I also paid extra for faster delivery and my order will be 10 days off!
